A 5-second Rumpelstiltskin AI video costs 20 credits and a 10-second one costs 40 credits. The same credits work for the 16:9 and 9:16 shapes and for all three styles.
A new account gets 20 credits, once per device and network. That covers one 5-second video but not a 10-second one, so most people top up with the smallest plan to keep going.
Credits from a monthly plan are valid until the end of that subscription period. Plan the month by how many clips you want, because the balance resets when the next billing month starts.
The $7.99 plan gives 200 credits a month, which is ten 5-second videos or five 10-second videos. The $12.99 plan gives 400 credits, which is twenty 5-second videos or ten 10-second videos.
Failed generations caused by a system error return their credits to your balance automatically. If a charge looks wrong, email support and we will check the job log.
