RumpelstiltskinAI (rumpelstiltskinai.cc) turns one photo into a short AI video. You upload a photo of a person, a pet, or a character, and the service returns a 5 or 10 second clip in which that subject, dressed in a black velvet tailcoat, tiptoes through an old hay barn. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who else sees it, and how long we keep it.

RumpelstiltskinAI is run by the same operator as Ricebowl AI (ricebowl.ai) and uses the same account system, credit balance, and billing, so information you give us on either site is held in the same account and handled under the practices described here.

Information Collection and Use

• Your uploaded photo and your settings, together with a scene description written by us, are sent to MiniMax, through an API access partner that relays the request to MiniMax without changing it.
• This means your photo leaves our systems and is processed by MiniMax under its own privacy and data-handling practices, subject to data processing agreements.
• The instrumental music in each video is generated by the model. You cannot upload audio, and we do not collect any audio from you.
• Generated videos are stored on our servers so you can download them, and may be cached to make delivery faster.
• Your generated videos are private and visible only to you unless you choose to share them.

We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to MiniMax.

Data Storage and Security

Your data sits on cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. The measures in place include:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest
• Payment processing handled by an established payment provider rather than by us

• Credit validity follows the plan terms shown at checkout. Subscription credits belong to the billing period they were issued in; one-time packs stay valid for the pack validity period stated at purchase.
• Billing is processed by our payment partner.
• We keep records of credit purchases and usage for account management and accounting.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above:

• Account information stays while your account is active.
• Uploaded photos and generated videos may be cached for up to 30 days for delivery performance. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your Rights
